Training that adapts to you.
Not you to the training.

Peaksflare reads your sleep, HRV and resting heart rate every morning, then reshapes today's session to match the body you actually woke up with. A coaching engine that listens before it prescribes.

How it works

A loop that closes every morning.

Most plans are written once and never look up. Peaksflare runs a daily cycle — sense, decide, adapt, learn — so the plan keeps meeting you where you are.

STEP 01

Connect your data

Link the devices you already wear. Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and training load flow in automatically every morning — no manual logging.

STEP 02

Wake up to a readiness read

Each morning the engine scores your recovery and explains the why — which signals are green, which are dragging, and how much load your body can absorb today.

STEP 03

Get an adapted session

Workouts rewrite themselves. Intensity, duration and structure are tuned to today's readiness and your season goal — pushed when you're fresh, pulled back the moment you're not.

STEP 04

Watch the season compound

The engine learns how you respond over weeks and steers every adaptation toward your A-race — building fitness while keeping fatigue inside the lines.

Features

Everything a good coach does, every morning.

Morning readiness score

A single number built from sleep, HRV, RHR and load trend — with the reasoning behind it, not just a colour.

Auto-adapting workouts

Sessions rewrite their intensity, length and structure to match the body you woke up with — automatically.

Built for three sports

Bike, run and swim handled as one load picture, so a hard ride shapes tomorrow's run — and vice versa.

Periodized to your A-race

Set the date that matters. The engine reverse-engineers base, build, peak and taper around it.

Explains every decision

“Why this session?” is always one tap away — the signals, the trade-off and what would change the call.

Pushes to your devices

Adapted workouts land on your head unit or watch — structured and ready, with no copying intervals by hand.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Which devices and apps does Peaksflare support?

Peaksflare connects through Strava and Intervals.icu, syncs with Apple Health, and lets you upload your activity files (.fit) directly. From those sources it reads power, heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, GPS and training load automatically. More integrations are being added during the beta.

Does this replace my human coach?

It depends on what you want. For self-coached athletes, Peaksflare is a full daily coaching engine. If you already work with a coach, it works alongside them — surfacing the readiness signals and load picture they'd otherwise have to assemble by hand.

What sports does it handle?

Cycling, running and swimming — modelled as a single combined load so the plan understands how one discipline affects the others. It's built specifically for endurance athletes: cyclists, runners and triathletes.

How is this different from a fixed training plan?

A fixed plan is written once and never reacts. Peaksflare re-evaluates every morning: if you slept badly or your HRV dips, today's session pulls back; if you're primed, it leans in. The destination — your A-race — stays fixed, but the path adapts daily.

Is my health data private?

Your data is yours. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and used only to generate your coaching. You can export everything or delete your account and data at any time.

When does it launch, and what does it cost?

Peaksflare is in private beta now and rolling out to the waitlist in waves. It's free during beta. Join the waitlist below and we'll bring you in as a spot opens.
